The standard delivery price for all of our fabrics and trims is £4.00 and delivery time is 2-4 days via Royal Mail, if you would like a package on express delivery please contact us before you checkout for a quote.

If you require any other fabric on the roll, please send us a message on our contact page and we will provide a quote. Please note we are only able to offer certain fabrics by the roll and the roll size varies depending on the fabric.
Please note failure to provide a full postal address or providing an incorrect address may incur additional postage fees.

How do I order?

Simply enter the number of metres required in the Quantity Box and click "Add to basket". For example, if you enter "3" you will receive a single three metre length of fabric. The width of the fabric is mentioned in the product description.
Once you have finished adding fabrics, click the “basket” button next to the last item you placed in the basket and you can checkout.

Will my order come in one length?

Yes, the vast majority of orders are sent as one continuous length unless otherwise stated in the description. Very rarely are orders sent in more than one length. If this is the case, we will usually try calling you or send you an email before sending your order out to check if this is ok.
Please note if ordering more than 15m of a particular fabric, this may come in more than one length. If you require the fabric all in one continuous length, please mention this in the comments box when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Do you sell full bolts

Absolutely! Feel free to give us a call on 01263 755206. Full bolts are ordered on request so there will be a short delay between placing the order and receiving the order Please note certain full rolls may come with joins in the fabric.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do – just send your order back to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please note fabric must be unused and uncut and we are unable to refund delivery fees. We recommend a tracked method of shipping to return an item.

What if I am out when the courier arrives?

The delivery driver will usually leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if there is one available. If this is the case, they will post a card through your letterbox to inform you. If this is not possible, the driver will usually re-attempt delivery the following day. You will usually receive an email to update you on your delivery progress. Please note, if you are ordering for a full roll or placing a wholesale order the courier may only attempt one delivery, and if the package is returned to us, the delivery and return delivery fee may be deducted from your refund. Any parcels returned to us can either be shipped out again subject to paying an additional delivery fee, or refunded minus the delivery and return delivery charges.

Please note if incorrect address information is supplied, a surcharge will apply and deducted from any refund. If a parcel is lost, please allow 10 working days for our courier to confirm this as lost.

Will my fabric come folded or on a roll?

All fabrics are sent folded, If you would like your fabrics on a roll please contact us for a quote, rolled fabrics will incur additional delivery charges due to the dimensions.

If I place two separate orders, can my postage be combined?

Unfortunately, our order system does not allow us to combine orders and they are usually sent in separate packages. We are always improving our systems so may be able to in future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

After placing your order, there is a small window in which it can be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend you call us as soon as possible on 01603 755206.

Can 2 orders be shipped together?

Unfortunately, our system does not enable us to add items onto an existing order. We recommend ordering all items in the same order, otherwise a separate order will need to be placed. Alternatively, give us a call and we will do our best to help!

Why have I not received a confirmation email?

The confirmation email may likely be in your junk box - many customers have informed us that Outlook and Hotmail seem to filter our emails and accidentally flag them as spam. You may just need to add us to your safe sender list or contacts and this should cease. If you still can't find the order confirmation email, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
